Description:
The mission of this seminar is to strengthen your knowledge of dietary supplements through the evaluation of scientific research and credible anecdotal information. You will learn about the role and the responsible use of supplements in everyday health and disease control.

- A visit to a local vitamin store

Description:
This seminar is for health professionals who want to expand their awareness, understanding and ability to effectively respond to the health needs of people with food allergies. The seminar will provide you with the most up-to-date research.
Many physical and psychological problems are related to food allergies and additives. This seminar will lead you to understand what a food allergy is, how it works in the body, and what steps can be taken to combat the condition in a natural way. You will learn how to read food labels, recognize food additives and understand hidden ingredients. Also included in the seminar are examples of meal planning and special recipes for the allergic consumer.
